I would prefer an owner who breaks/bends rules to spend more money, than our current one who probably breaks/bends rules to spend less.

Can someone explain why Kiffin (or LSU) would need the hire to happen at this point of the season? I don’t pay enough attention to college football to know. I assume the only reason would be for LSU to steal some thunder?

My wife and kids have gone the last couple of years. It was apparently good at the time, which is why I think it’s just kinks getting worked out on the first night. But it was seriously embarrassing.

I don’t know how much this actually has to do with the Sox, but tonight we went to the holiday light show in the parking lot at the stadium. It was…pretty embarrassing. I don’t fault them too much, as it’s the first night and there are bound to be kinks to work out. But it felt like half of the lights were out. I wasn’t even upset. I was embarrassed for whomever runs it

Do we have the weakest kicker in the league? It feels like anything even close to 50 yards is a miracle for us, while other teams’ guys seem like they could nail a 70 yarder if needed.

Oh good, I thought the headline was about DJ’s future role with the Sox, in that they wouldn’t be keeping him around. DJ is just about the last thing still around from when I was a younger fan. And it wouldn’t have surprised me for them to send him packing.

I find it weird that fans would be so upset about Aikman disliking and nitpicking Williams, as that is what many fans have done and are still doing.

I haven’t watched any full games, but it seems like the Dodgers are rolling through the playoffs despite not exactly dominating. Unfortunately looks like it’s gonna be a repeat.
