  2. QUOTE (ROC Sox Fan @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 12:12 PM) Hall was the only one who did anything in the first game yesterday. One bloop single doesnt excuse one year of suckage
  3. Did the Bears trade again? ESPN tracker had them down to 50 seconds then it changed to Tampa Bay
  4. Who do you guys think is the next QB taken in the draft?
  5. QUOTE (jackie hayes @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 10:23 AM) Maybe they're switching back to Jauron's scheme. You need two gigantic dts, and now they have Harrison and Brandon Lloyd. They're all set. True dat. I hear they are moving Hester to ILB to maximize his speed
  6. Harrison is a big boy(6'2" 317lbs), thats a pick I would see fitting Jaurons 4-3 scheme, but not so much the cover 2.

    QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 10:14 AM) Woke up...looked at my phone...saw a text from my best buddy saying...you threw up on my shoe. Oh christ....what a horrid night last night was. I don't even f***ing know what happened. I will tell you what happened. You got so drunk you threw up on your buddies shoe. You should be ashamed of yours...... ahhh f*** it, you probably had a great time
  8. QUOTE (jackie hayes @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 08:55 AM) Wow, he really has bulked up, I guess. He went on the linebacker diet and training regimen like Bernard Berrian did. LOL, i didnt even see that, I just copied and pasted from chicagosports.com I think it is safe to say you can subtract 92 lbs from that description
  9. QUOTE (knightni @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 09:37 AM) http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/earl-bennett?id=733 6'0" 209 - pretty fast. Decent size for a WR. Booker, Marty 86 6'0" 210 lbs 7/31/76 Bradley, Mark 16 6'1" 200 lbs 1/29/82 Davis, Rashied 81 5'9" 180 lbs 7/24/79 Hass, Mike 83 6'1" 209 lbs Lloyd, Brandon 85 6'0" 292 lbs 7/5/81 Rideau, Brandon 84 6'4" 190 lbs 10/18/82 There isnt one standout tall wide reciever on this team. Bennett is the same mold as everyone else

    QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 04:17 AM) Anybody ever bone a girl that when sober you never under any circumstances known to god thought was attractive? Then when you're drunk (that damn vodka) thought she was fine as hell and, well, you know... It happened to me again. I'm so done with vodka. Never ever again. Haha coyote ugly
  12. QUOTE (jackie hayes @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 09:23 AM) Earl Bennett to the Bears. I hope he is good, because the Bears are getting close to taking the short wide reciever market away from the Redskins
  13. This is MacDougals last option, correct?
  14. QUOTE (jackie hayes @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 09:08 AM) 10 Eastern, just started. (Dolphins are on the clock.) What is the best draft tracker, NFL.com, ESPN.com, yahoo, si.com?
  15. LOL, there are polls for everything nowadays. Favorite bathroom of all of the major league baseball stadiums? US Cellular field!
  16. QUOTE (FlaSoxxJim @ Apr 27, 2008 -> 07:54 AM) Sea snakes are totally cool. Yeah, they are very interesting. Fangs that are much smaller than normal snakes, as well as additional smaller teeth behind the fangs. I watched a few specials on discovery and a few of the older Crocodile Hunter episodes regarding these snakes, and for all of their extremely toxic venom, they are not nearly as aggressive as some of their terrestrial counterparts. Almost to the point of being described as docile.
  17. QUOTE (joesaiditstrue @ Apr 26, 2008 -> 02:30 AM) second time buerhle has been moved to another day to pitch, granted this is because "of the rain out" but it has to at least make you wonder, especially considering 3 out of the 4 times he's pitched this year have been bad to awful http://chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/sp...1,7959542.story

    Counting down the minutes. This poster is f***cking awesome
  19. QUOTE (Fotop @ Apr 25, 2008 -> 08:19 AM) Agreed. He had some head scratchers as well, specifically the one you mentioned (I think the whole park, myself included, called before the bottom of the ninth that Crede would end the game - I think you have to walk him there, no doubt). I thought PH Posada was a good move though...but that one seemed like a no-brainer. IIRC Girardi made a lot of the Marlins front office pretty angry with some of his managerial moves as well, specifically with the handling of the young pitching staff
  20. QUOTE (ChWRoCk2 @ Apr 24, 2008 -> 09:17 PM) Why so many mentions of Steel Reserve? I guess I'm one of few who likes Steel. Old Style and Beast tie for the worst beer. IMO. Admitting a beer is sh***y isnt saying you dont like it , IMO. I have consumed many of all of the above mentioned beers, and probably will again. Some of the greatest parties i have ever been to were keystone or beast kegs. In 2001 I had a 40 oz party in my backyard where me and a bunch of friends consumed Olde English, Cobra, High Life, Colt 45 all night long. There is a difference between a steak and a big mac, but that doesnt mean Im swearing off big macs because I found out steaks taste so much better.
  21. I wonder how Franks feels about getting 2 to 3 games a week with Mike Sweeney as opposed to Matt Stairs?
