Im curious why most people feel that the prosecution is weak, and they really have nothing substantial as evidence, yet still feel that he will be impeached? (thats the general feeling Im getting reading the last 3 pages of this thread, Im not directing it at anyone in specific)

I have various reasons for not having an ipass, but mostly i dont make a lot of money and I dont want to overdraft because of an auto charge. Laziness plays into it as well, but it doesnt bother me to pay a toll. And I dont cross traffic to the toll booths, and I always have money ready at the toll booth. So there!
