There is no way they are gonna put a Sox stadium on the soldier field site. Bonds or no bonds. And honestly they need to just concentrate on it being a historical building/site, have some international soccer games there, have their high school football games and playoffs there, and college football. Chicago Park district can f*** off, they wanted to control it all, now they can. I don’t want the Sox to be involved in that at all

I’m gonna vehemently disagree with this. Those appearances meant nothing to the “ilk” because they were immediately followed by failure and another rebuild. This owner has failed to capitalize on any playoff appearance, they haven’t won a playoff series since 05, and fans aren’t wrong to be pissed about it.

It’s very disjointed. Her entire schtick is to tell people that she already talked about something happening. Harris is very mid. I love Grote, always have because he is just a funny guy to me, but he was thrown into the mix to save it and it’s not happening. Tough to see this show continuing through another year, I can’t imagine their numbers are good

It’s not senseless. The Sox haven’t really had a lot of success poaching from them and it’s not like the royals have been the standard of the league. There is gray area here and people aren’t meatballs because they don’t want the Sox to keep hiring from that organization
