There is no point in putting him on waivers if you aren't going to DFA him. DFA at least allows you to clear him off of the 40 if he is not claimeds.

It is located close enough to downtown to be able involve pretty much any and all modes of transit, making it a more accessible ballpark for those visiting the city, as well as those in the metro area.
