Actually I think its the exact opposite. Basketball and football are far less fluky. The best team usually wins. In baseball with a pitcher, you basically have a different team every day. I've been very frustrated by the Sox this season, but giving up while 3 games behind the Detroit Tigers is cowardly.

If the Sox are going to go young, Rios can only poison young players. You have to get rid of him even if it means setting the record for most money ever eaten.

Hawk said twice but I remember 3 times now a player has scored from first on a single against the Sox this season.

Unless he has some mental illness, Rios is making a mockery of being professional.

If the guy doesn't want to play, send him home.

Send De Aza out there right now, embarrass the s*** out of that bum.

At the very least it will delay Jimenez's Cleveland debut.
