So the one year wedding anniversary is in April and I'm trying to get out ahead of this thing. Did some internet research and it appears that there are two types of gifts for year 1...the traditional "paper" gift or the modern "clocks" gift. Did you guys follow these rules or did you just figure out your own gift?
