    Gotta like a 4-2 west coast trip. Now it’s time to come home and at least go 5-2 this week, and 4-4 on the road next week before the break. Hopefully better.

    90 games left. 16 with the Twins. 54-36 (.600), including going 9-7 vs the Twins to be 88-74 and hope that’s enough. That’s the math we’re looking at now. I think we’re done. Sell anyone you can (within reason).

    Yes, I’m just saying this team has been so bad I wouldn’t care if they did blow it up…even though that’s not realistic. Apathy has settled in for me. If they get hot by some miracle, great. Otherwise I’m ok if they just keep losing, make a couple sell moves for the future, and hope that La Russa is gone after this season.

    Would agree it’s time to let it go with Tony. He’s not getting fired anyway, so why go to a game just to get angry? The team is probably going to have one of the best records in baseball in July and August, so enjoy the ride to the 3-seed, and hope for the best in October.

    I don’t even know if it’s a fat thing, but Eloy needs to slim down and look like a baseball player if he has any shot at staying on the field, let alone playing 140+ games in left field. When he was a acquired, he was built like a veteran Jermaine Dye. I don’t know what he can do to get back there, but…try.

    That sucks. He used to be unlikable to me up until last year when he aired out Tatis. The guy plays everyday too, which is way too rare now. Hope he’s back soon.

    Coming home 32-32 would definitely make me hit the pause button on my hate for the coaching staff. Nice to see some good wins this week. Hopefully Kopech finishes it in style, and they come home and start stacking wins there too. Go Sox!
