Vasquez is no where near the best pitcher on this team right now. IN his last three or four starts hes been terrible. He lost his control and is leaving the ball up way too much. Id say the best starters right now are Marky Mark and Dankmaster Flex. Also good to see Linebrink not give up a walkoff homer tonight

I love how he has this warm and fuzzy goodbye notes, and he thanks Chicago and he welcomed all listeners...and just about everybody says they didnt like him.

This is rediculous. This is just another example of how few rights we are keeping. And really that list is shortening because with this or the FCC for example, rights are being converted into privledges, and privledges can be taken away at the governments conveince.

Agreed with everything said, not a bad thing could be said about George, he told it like it was and i am extremely sad about his passing. He wasnt even that old, he left far too soon.

This weekend was an embarassment. There are definetly holes in this team and i have no idea how you would fix them. You can hope that Javy and Jose get back on track but what if they dont. JAvy has been terrible his last 4 starts and Contreras was knocked around. It sucks that we have these players and the at times terrible Thome but there is nothing that can be done about them. You cant really move anyone on this team. That is why its going to hard for this team to turn it around and make a push for the playoffs. We are only one and a half games up now, and are probably one bad series away from losing that lead. We can talk about trades and signings all we want but this team has no where to put anyone. Id like to hear if anyone could think of something that would improve this team and how you would move the lineup around.

I dont know if a lot of you guys have read the sun times this morning but mariotti wrote some of the most biased tasteless trash i have ever read. He actually says in the article how members of the media are not biased and are not fans and then proceeds to put all of his focus on ripping Kenny Williams and Ozzie. He makes them out to be evil hating people, and paints Jim Hendry and Lou Pinella as world class heroes and first class citizens. I have never read anything this biased since i watched "Triumph of the Will" by Leni Reifenstahl (Nazi propaganda from the 30s". One particular thing that made me laugh was how called Ozzie Guillen a jerk because he jokingly said that it took a while to find a double for piniella in that commercial they did because of his waistline. I watched the interview yesterday he was laughing when he said it. Both managers have had nothing but good things to say about each other. There is so much bias and generally disdain for the White Sox organization in his writing its almost a joke to even read it. I am livid and i hope the Sox kick their ass even more now, but then that will make us a classless organization because no one is supposed to be the blessed cubs after their hundred years of god awfulness. Its just another year, and when September rolls around cubs fans will once again repeat their ingrained mantra, "Maybe next year."
