Guy is having a career year and they don't trade him. He's 34 with another year of control, but you're so far from contending that keeping him for next year really doesn't do much for you.

Well, if Robert keeps hitting the way he has for the past few weeks, he may get some value back by the off-season. I guess he's also playing for another $20 million, so you'd think that would be enough motivation for him to not suck.
Seriously, how does he get almost no interest? At the very least, you can view him as a middle of the rotation/back-end starter that's having a really good season with little to no financial commitment.
I wonder what the return is. Either it's s%*# and Houston takes on all the money or MInnesota eats a portion and Houston actually sends something of value back.
