  1. I just really feel like Harrison and the best OL they can get at 9, makes the team way better than upgrading Fields with any QB they draft at 1.
  2. I'd be shocked if they do anything before Harbaugh makes a decision after the game. That is, if they are going to go after him.
  3. Best case if the Bears want to drop back is to have New England or Washington jump up to number 1 to get their guy. Obviously, that's if they are sticking with Fields. That way they can still draft Harrison, since there is no way he falls past Arizona. That said, Harbaugh would look real nice on the sideline next year though.
  4. If you think Fields is still the guy, you draft Harrison at #1 and the best OL you can get at 7 or whatever their pick ends up being.
  5. Well this certainly isn't true. Now, granted, I think I just remember Parkman and all his posts, but I am sure there are others. I know because I have replied to them in the past. I did dig up this thread; (some other gems in there too) Again, maybe it's Parkman PTSD, but there have certainly been posts similar, although not as outright insane as the main one in that thread. Either way, the 05 team was amazing.
  6. And yet, there are some posters here that s%*# on that team every chance they get. Most of us got to witness one of the greatest teams go wire to wire, go 11-1 in the playoffs and people still come with the hot takes about them all the time. Bunch of closet Cubs fans.
  7. Has to be the highest point total ever scored by a team after scoring 0 the week before. At least I'd assume so.
  8. Should have been traded years ago.
  9. Wish him the best, but he just never got better in the booth. He has the worst home run calls in baseball. Seems like a likable guy though.
  10. From Poles on down, this front office and coaching staff is in way over their heads. Just unreal.
  11. One of the greatest things I've ever seen involving the Bears in like the past 15 years.
  12. Which is wild because this organization has a recent history of bringing in players who continue to do just that. The amount of times we've heard "it's too cold" for some players at the start of the season is laughable. We don't play in a domed stadium. Yes, the first almost two months are going to be cold. Stop shooting yourself in the foot and wonder why things are going poorly with some players when that happens. The Rick Hahn era was truly amazing.
  13. Here I was trying to get to the bottom of this SERIOUS CRIME over two years ago. I still stand by my f*** him. https://twitter.com/laurencomitor/status/718858389695160320 Yep, pretty sure it was him. LOL
  14. To be completely honest, it was a much worse look for the Sox when they didn't even make a choice to suspend him during the investigation when it first came to light. Since then, the team, MLB and the police all cleared him. I can't see how this is a worse look now than it was then. I fully expected him to be when it came out and was shocked when he wasn't.
  15. I'm just going to go out on a limb and say if there was any shred of solid evidence of this MLB would have thrown the book at him. This ain't 10 years ago. He would have been suspended, in jail, etc. I just can't see MLB and the police turning a blind eye to it. This isn't like Ray Rice almost 10 years ago level cover up. That s%*# was easier back in the day to sweep away than it is today. Anyways, I hate the guy too, so don't go thinking he's on my fantasy team or anything.
  16. Very true. Though they dumped Burger for nothing, so I would assume they could have done the same for some of the other idiots
  17. Could be a combination of all of the above. Or maybe they could have gotten something better for the 1st overall pick? It is pretty funny though that people seem to think we traded for prime Randy Moss
  18. It's so bizarre that it seems like they intentionally didn't try to trade away any of the clubhouse problems that we've heard about. It's like they actively went out of their way to trade anyone that was likeable instead. Garbage franchise.
  19. Yea, wanting this team to win games this year is terrible for the rebuild. You want good performance from key pieces however. I just wanted them to beat the Packers twice and lose every other game. Not getting blown out, but close games. Well now they can just lose out and finish the holes with the high draft picks next year. Let's see if Fields continues to be Trubisky
  20. HOW ELSE WOULD YOU BEAT LEVEL 1254?? I mean, come on.
  21. Hahahaha. Because of course they did. That said, Getz doesn't seem like a complete pompous know it all jag off like Hahn, so right there that's a bonus. But guess what, a smaller pile of s%*# is still a pile of s%*# no matter how much you try and tell yourself it's smaller, it still stinks like s%*# either way.
