I just don’t get this one at all. They get a call that someone is threading to hurt themselves so three cops go and break down this guy’s door and taser him 18 times while in the shower. Like WTF.

Can you remember the last time we went with a full fledge rebuild? Because that’s exactly what we’re doing right now which is exactly why we have numerous flaws with our roster which is exactly why we should expect a lot of losing this year. I’m not sure how in god’s name you still don’t grasp this, but maybe you need to take a little break from White Sox baseball because your expectations for this season beyond unrealistic.

If you have a problem with the price of the product then stop attending games. I don’t understand why you find a need to bring this up constantly. No one is forced to go to games.

I agree. The vast majority of Kannapolis’ roster is 22 or 23. I’m glad those guys are off to a good start, but we got to see they perform in High A before I get too excited.

Physically power may be the last tool to come, but we’re not talking about a guy who lacks raw power. Sheets is a well built kid with plenty of strength who hit 20+ homers last year as a junior in college. The concern is over his inability to translate that to in-game power at the moment. I’m not panicking just yet, but if he doesn’t hit double digit homers this year that’s a really bad sign.

What makes you think they’re leaning to brining him up soon?

Let’s hold off getting too excited about the 2017 class. Burger injured, may or may not ever be the same. Sheets is showing excellent plate discipline but limited power. The rest of the guys are doing well in Low A. I’m not trying to be a negative Nancy here, but way too early to jump to any conclusions with this group.

There’s no difference. You get an extra of team control if you wait like 18 days or so into the season, so after the third week of the season it’s all the same.

If both could develop into quality LH bullpen options even better. But I’ll be happy if even just one can provide some certainty heading into next offseason.

How do India’s tool compare to Bohm’s? I get the lack of track record is concerning, but good god his 2018 numbers are absolutely insane. If the tools are legit, he suddenly becomes a solid underslot option.
