I say sign him. Part of me thinks our depth is about to explode ina year or two and our farm will become the envy of the league. Offseason plans= Shark & Heyward. Close up shop.

Part of me is kind of glad we aren't some perennial powerhouse. Well maybe. Take the BHawks for example: i grew up playing hockey and loving the hawks. It was like 10 bucks to go to a game. 2010 was the coolest thing that ever happened, couldn't miss a game. Then in '13 i watched every game after the all-star break and it was cool. This year I barely watched the playoffs. I almost got numb to them being so good and found myself thinking "This is what being a Patriots fan must be like. I'll pay attention when they're in the conference finals". So now I'm spoiled and hockey, my passion, is kinda ruined for now. It's still cool but it's different. We're almost TOO good. So cheers to our tortured souls watching our imperfect team. It'll be that much sweeter when Tyler Flowers pulls a Jeff Blumm in the World Series.

The avi thing works. But maybe we should target a better player. Cargo is good but maybe somebody a little sturdier and fleet of foot. I don't really think either Cargo is the perfect player.

Is Cargo a plus defender? It would be nice to improve the D and the bat at the same time so I think I'm more into what somebody else said: the other Cargo

We have the best pitching by far. I don't think we should sell. Maybe tinker with the lineup though. Gotta grt Laroche outa there or down by Flowers. I'd put Alexei after Abreu amd Avi after him. Laroche is an automatic out right now.
