I REALLY hope they don’t hire Mike Schildt. After 2 long years I want to like my team again.

I believe the one about Dallas Keuchel and the “Clique”. Keuchel came in the door talking s%*# about how HE HIMSELF needed to instill a “Winning attitude” in the clubhouse, only to s%*# himself in Game 2 of the 2020 playoffs. They probably blame Keuchel for getting Renteria fired (I remember him tweeting his excitement when everybody thought Hinch had the job), so I’m sure they roasted his ass every chance they got. He deserved every bit of it.

I’m sure he’s a very nice guy but I HATE Len Kasper’s voice. I hope he does leave.

I just hope that the bad taste of this season is gone by the time the Winter Meetings come around. I want to feel that optimism again. I hope they hire a manager that makes us all feel good about where the organization is going.

This is horrible.

Take Shelley Duncan’s salary too. He’s TLR’s hand picked analytics guy. I bet it has nothing to do with him being Dave Duncan’s son.

I hope Joe Espada or Carlos Beltran gets the job.

Why do people clamor so much for Bruce Bochy? Has he even spoken about managing again? He’s retired.

JR should know to stay completely out of those conversations going forward.

This is why I say blow it up again and trade everybody. There’s no quick and easy way to fix this. Rip it down to the studs, strengthen the organization and start from scratch. I don’t want to go through another season like 2022.

That sounds more like a JR thing than a KW thing.

I hate that we feel this way.

I would much rather go through another rebuild than endure another s%*# season like 2022 is/was. At least during a rebuild you have hope for the future. The 2022 season was by far the worst I've ever experienced.

I am 100% in favor of a full rebuild.

First step is to make TLR retire. Not move up to the front office, not some “Special Advisor to the Owner” role. RETIRE. He should have no ties to the White Sox next year. Secondly, I’d pull KW into the office and tell him to either come up with a plan to fix this or retire. And thirdly, let KW have the last and final say over who is the GM, manager and coaches but I would hire someone else to fix the development of the young players. Give Chris Getz the help that he needs. As for the roster? Everyone including Cease is available. I’d try to turn the entire roster over with the exception of Robert and Colas. I’d trade Cease because you could get a lot of young talent for him. Get some young players who will be ready to compete. In 2-3 years. Focus on defense and pitching. Don’t worry about competing in 2023. Fix the organization and the farm, then compete.

Man the entire Reinsdorf family should be embarrassed. The entire front office shouldn’t be able to sleep at night. I’m embarrassed as a fan. What a joke. Sell the fucking team if your number 1 priority isn’t winning. Cash the f*** out and let somebody take over who wants to win. I refuse to spend another dime on this team until they make some serious changes.

If you’re going to blow it up and rebuild from scratch (Which is what I want them to do), you trade Cease too. Who knows if he’ll still be good by the time the Sox are ready to compete again. Plus a team would give up a lot for him.

What do you guys think happens next year? I think TLR becomes Special Advisor to the manager, KW retires, Hahn takes his place and Chris Getz is promoted to GM. And I bet they hire AJ Pierzynski as manager and he picks some little grindy dude like Nick Punto as his bench coach. That’s disgusting.

The problem is that the owner is calling the shots and he doesn’t give a rat’s ass what the fans think.
