Bernie will try to strip Anti-Trust
Oklahoma City is somehow both a warning (easier relocation), but also a sign that the NBA model encourages smaller markets to try and will be rewarded with loyal as hell fanbases (they've sold out almost every year of their existence).

Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
Because it said "Tomorrow is Wednesday" and I don't want hi8is to be accused of lying to people when tomorrow is clearly Thursday at this point.

What top team will fall flat on their face (2022)
If the under .500 Padres are considered a top team, them, still. Both New York teams.

2021-22 NBA Thread
Bulls got it to within 10 and now Bucks running away again. Bulls are their own worst enemy this game, but my god it's like watching the Heatles-era reffing right now. Except the Bucks are mad that they're even getting called for knocking Caruso to the ground.

Before @bmags gets to it. He doesn't show up one of his players - he shows up all of them. We thought we were ready for everything, but none of us were ready for Player Manager La Russa.

It's easy to forget how big a nerd Giolito is, the he says wonderful stuff like this.- 2022 Bold Predictions Thread
Mine: Adolfo stays with the Sox, earns the RF spot, comes close to winning ROY in a repeat of Puigmania by hitting 25+ home runs and having highlight throws (his OBP will be lower than Puig's .391 and his strikeouts will be higher), but people love highlights. Romy Gonzalez and Nick Madrigal have comparable WAR at the end of the season. Anderson hits .400 going into the All-Star break. Yermin is an All-Star starter, for another team.- 2022 Bold Predictions Thread
To generate some hopefully different discussion other than the Offseason Thread Part n - Rumor Boogaloo Same rules as @Balta1701's thread last year:- 3/22 Spring training game vs MIL
Personally, I want more Adolfo and Cespedes. My hunger is insatiable.- Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
What I got from this is that Micker Adolfo is going to be converted to a LH reliever.- Early days but....
I remember Jared Mitchell having a great 9 at bats, then destroying his leg and becoming "guy drafted two picks before Mike Trout"- Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
If you ever want to see how disastrous a tear down can go, compare the Sox tear down with the Marlins tear down. Trading Stanton, Yelich, Ozuna, Gordon, Realmuto should have hypothetically yielded more than the Sox tear down.- Offseason Part 3 - Because Part 2 Was a Dud
Yermin for Trout. Book it.- 3/21 | Dodgers vs White Sox | 3:05 CT | NBCS Chicago
