QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Mar 11, 2012 -> 10:58 PM) Well that's not true. They kept saying it on ESPN...? QUOTE (danman31 @ Mar 11, 2012 -> 11:18 PM) Selfishly I wanted St. Louis because I would have gone. This. I drive through St. Louis on the 23rd on my way back home. Wanted that so bad. -

Rex, I was playing Devil's Advocate And Heads, how many 30 win teams haven't been the 1 seed? I can answer that. Zero. -

QUOTE (Heads22 @ Mar 11, 2012 -> 08:45 PM) They still didn't win the conference though. That might hold weight, if Kansas was a 1. Missouri is the only 30 win team ever to not get a 1 seed. And if winning the conference outside the tournament is that important 1) Why have the tournament 2) Why isn't Washington in the bracket? -

Missouri won their tournament and gets a 2nd seed, not in Midwest. Marcus Denmon @MizzouMonster12 Moral of the story schedule tough non conference games lose em get a high seed -
QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Mar 11, 2012 -> 02:02 PM) Figures...Boozer plays strong and no one talks about it. Really enjoyable game to watch last night. Boozer and Korver both stepped it up and Butler looked solid in his 25 minutes of play. Butler really looks like he could be a good defender and a solid player. Given the position the Bulls are in, I hope we see him get more minutes for the next couple of weeks. It will really help his development and you never know when you need him to step up. Plus it only helps him for the long-term as I know Thibs really likes him. I think Butler will be part of Bench Mob 2.0 with Mirotic. I want the Bulls to get the next Mobs PG, SG/SF, and C in this draft.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Mar 10, 2012 -> 09:10 PM) Kyle Korver wants you to have hot sauce on those big macs! I both love and hate you for that.

QUOTE (Heads22 @ Mar 10, 2012 -> 07:28 PM) Could have gone without Mizzou winning on their way out. Cool.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Mar 10, 2012 -> 06:51 PM) Noah's out too? Sick.

QUOTE (Markbilliards @ Mar 9, 2012 -> 11:41 PM) Who gets to have the honor of being Timo Perez? Dan Johnson?

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Mar 9, 2012 -> 02:33 PM) I cannot experss how much the experience increases in The Show when you add all your custom sounds. Player walk-up music, Thunderstruck to start the game, Nancy Faust's "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" playing randomly throughout the game and after losses. Let's Go-Go White Sox after the game ends. I added CSN music for between innings. After a "k" the stadium plays hawk saying "HE GAWN". It's a perfect experience. Someone over at OS uploaded a ton of random team specific stuff too. I'm excited for that first game against Texas, and to give up a bomb, to hear the Natural music in the background. Anyway, can't wait to play more tonight. They made Sale a beast in that game. #2 on my current list of games to get, behind Mass Effect 3. Might use my bookstore credit to get it, since it'll be wasted otherwise. Also, I'm holding of for the OS Full Minors.

QUOTE (flippedoutpunk @ Mar 9, 2012 -> 12:14 AM) Skip Bayless @RealSkipBayless Reply Retweet Favorite · Open Reigning MVP must be better in 4th q. 1-5, big FT miss, Bulls lose to half-hearted DHoward at home. Yes, Korver cold but this one on DRose. i looooove when you analyze, Skip. I seriously hate Skip Bayless.

I agree with the above...and that list is what makes me want to do the full 100. It seems all-time is winning so. We could do All-Time first, see how that works, then a current. How do we do this though that will instill discussion, debate, and not losing focus over the course of huge lists.

QUOTE (Jake @ Mar 7, 2012 -> 05:24 PM) I command you to take a day or an evening and watch everything you can -- just remember how great that was and still is, and you'll know not to sweat the small stuff. It's so amazing that we all got to witness that and we of all franchises know that that can be a once in a lifetime chance. If that is the case, then so be it; it'll be all the sweeter. Sure we need to and should push for as many titles as humanly possible, but I think this board is too hard to please...I think that's the penalty for knowing too much Just think back to that time and I think you won't feel so negative for a while. By the way...that team was in a similarly awkward position to us. Trade Carlos Lee, lose Magglio, sign a bunch of guys that weren't exactly stars (JD being an exception) and there you have it, a fourth place team, right? I'm not saying, I'm just saying. Let's just let the season play out Paulie = Frank (elder statesmen in clubhouse) Reed = Jenks Danks = Buehrle De Aza = Pods Viciedo = ...Carl Everett? Morel = Crede Alexei = Uribe

How long before we get a report that Seal Team Six got him?

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Mar 7, 2012 -> 01:11 PM) Greatness is subjective, people can define it however they want. And thus a list!
-
QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Mar 7, 2012 -> 12:42 PM) Right its a classic Jim Brown argument. Longevity counts though in terms of greatness.
-
QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Mar 7, 2012 -> 12:35 PM) I honestly am not sure Kareem is better than Shaq. Kareem has the longevity stats, but Shaq has the better per and had the highest per in a single season between them. I never really saw Kareem play and some of his early years they didnt keep all of the stats. Shaq also probably had the most dominant peak of anyone. Jordan and Kareem both had much longer peaks. In Jordan's case, his peak was his whole Bulls' career. Kareem's was until he was 39 years old.
-
QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Mar 7, 2012 -> 12:23 PM) I saw them both, and would go with Kareem. I go with a 7'6 Jordan that you can make in NBA 2k12.
-
QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Mar 7, 2012 -> 12:21 PM) Yeah but 1 person wont overcome the rest that all have MJ first. And based on the age of the board Id think youd be more likely to see someone like Shaq over MJ. You do realize I'm the youngest on the board and most people here would readily acknowledge Kareem over Shaq?
