Not sure, but I know that conferences have gotten multiple #1 seeds several times before, so obviously in those cases there were #1 seeds that didn't win their conference.
I don't like AJ batting second because he doesn't take enough pitcher, but as of now there isn't anybody on this team I DO like batting second, unless deAza and Lilli are both in the lineup then I like Lilli batting second.
Was trying to figure out how the BYU/Iona play-in game got 14 seeds.
Then I remembered that BYU has to play at a Thursday-Saturday site first weekend AND be in a Thursday-Saturday regional, which often causes them to get bumped to a lower seed.
I'm trying very hard to find a 3-seed or lower to put into my Final Four, but as of now I have Kentucky, Michigan State, Ohio State, and North Carolina
Wait a minute, I thought statheads swore up and down that catchers don't impact run prevention beyond throwing out baserunners and avoiding passed balls.
You made me think of a fun time-waster. Maybe it's been done before, but I haven't seen it.
Construct the best possible 25-man roster using players drafted 1-25.
I could get a job as a poker dealer making about $35K per year less than I make now, and my wife will be done with nursing school in 3 years and will then be more than making up for that difference, so it would only take about $100K for me.
Massive brain cramp on my part. I meant to ask about Biloxi. Biloxi is where my wife and I are going in a couple weeks.
I actually have been to Tunica and yes, it's in the middle of a bunch of cornfields, but if you're looking for a selection of several decent poker rooms near each other, it's the next best thing to Vegas.
Except that the Colts are going to spend 100% of their cap space on players, regardless of whether or not it is on Peyton. In fact, if it's a money decision, you keep Peyton because while your team's expenditures are going to be the same either way, your team's revenues are going to be higher if Peyton is still around.
When you look at the fanbases that will actually travel for the B10 tournament, Indy and Chicago are the most centrally located and provide the lowest net driving time.
Driving times to Indy from:
Bloomington - 1 hour
West Lafayette - 1 hour
Champaign - 2 hours
Columbus - 3 hours
Chicago - 3 hours
East Lansing - 4.5 hours
Ann Arbor - 4.5 hours
Madison - 6 hours
You start really adding to the cumulative travel when you go to Milwaukee or Detroit. Minneapolis and Cleveland really shoot that figure up.
