  1. hes lucky hes young. 150 twinkies in a week is going to catch up to him
  2. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ May 24, 2017 -> 07:25 AM) Verlander and Felix Hernandez will be two of the pitchers to flesh out the new criteria for pitching... Mussina. Clemens. Pettitte. Jack Morris. Bartolo Colon won't make it. Sabathia will be interesting. Tim Hudson. Curt Schilling. Buehrle won't make it. Lackey has 180 wins, no way for him. Zack Greinke belongs just behind Felix and Verlander. Jon Lester on the outside looking in for now...not many choices. K-Rod as a closer for so long? Kimbrel if he holds up for another 3-5 years is likely. Agreed on Felix. I think that should be the most appropriate model for modern day HOF standards
  3. this could have been a buffalo wildwings commercial
  4. QUOTE (ventura_abreu @ May 23, 2017 -> 09:33 PM) I am getting tired of seeing Dylan Covey's poor pitching every 5 days. Was this voodoo? I have never seen a poster on here actually curse a player and get him injured

  9. You guys expect a 19 year old to be a master at negotiating for millions of dollars in such a creative way? I highly doubt his agent told him to post a pic of him in a white sox hat to up the offer, come on Either he made his decision in signing with the sox or ot was just an innocent coincidence
  10. Kopech having himself a great game
  11. Nice man, I hope to live in Seattle in the next year or two. I look at the Mariners like my second team since I loved them as a kid. Having Buhner, Edgar, and Griffey in the order will do that to you. When I was around 9 I saw Buhner hit a home run in Milwaukee that looking back was probably 500 feet. It cleared the stadium in left He was one of my favorite players growing up
  12. the difference in skill/mindset at MLB is striking
