And now Delmonico f***s up a double play ball, nobody out. Fulmer has to hate his team by this point.

If there is one weakness about that Knights team (and really almost all the affiliates of the Sox including the major leage team) is the defense. Hahn still has to address that.

The problem with Fulmer is he's got to have that 95-98 MPH fastball to be effective in a relief role.

Throwing 92-93 and touching 94, he got hit pretty hard at the big league level last year.

Let's say he becomes more of an Addison Reed type, there's obviously value there...but still would be disappointing.

I see the teams outside of Charlotte are just awful for the 2nd straight season. Might indicate continued issues with org depth; AAA is skewed a bit because of all of the AAAA players, but the lower levels have a higher percentage of prospects.

Not necessarily more prospects....most A teams have just 2-3, maybe 4 on a team.

The issue is more with the additional players on the team, how long they've been in professional baseball, their Latin American operations (another White Sox depth issue)...and A teams tend to have players drafted within the last couple of seasons, so 50% of their results is simply indicating the recent draft classes, although obviously producing 3-4 solid major league players and having a .500ish record is much better than a championship team filled with mostly collegiate or repeat league players whose careers are hitting a crossroads and none of those players ever putting up a 2+ WAR in the majors.

We won the SAL this year, and yet only Jose Guillen (joined at the end of the year) really made much of an impact in the majors. Jason Johnson had an average or mediocre career as a starting pitcher. 9 players who made the majors eventually, and Steve Cooke was rehabbing so I won't count him.

59-92 but they produced Jason Kendall and very little else, still more productive career WAR-wise than a league championship team two years later

Fulmer got dicked by his defense there. Groundball up the middle, the SS fielded it, but instead of throwing to 1st for the 3rd out, he tried to run to tag 2B. He slipped, then dove to the base and the runner beat him. So now it's bases loaded for Fulmer, and the next batter hits a towering drive to the RF wall and it appears to go off the RF's glove at the wall and all 3 runs score.

All 3 SHOULD be unearned, because of either the SS or the RF, but both were ruled hits.

Official Scorers are typically awful. There should be an "Official Scoring School" sponsored by MLBB. Instead, it looks like they get some hobo off the street corner to come in and get his 25 bucks for the night.

If he was on the run and had to reach for it (I didn't see it), it's not and should not be scored an error (but should still be caught). Kinda depends on how tough of a play it is with fly balls. Now, the typical dropped fly ball from Alex Rios that seemed to occur more frequently than it should have, yes, that is an error.

With 7 new prospects that would work out to exactly one per team in all of our minor league system. It actually is worse because 3 of them are at Charlotte, and another 1 at Birmingham, and another 1 hasn't played yet.
