EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a bad choice in my opinion. Big, big power potential. If he eventually moves to first, no worries... either Jose' becomes the DH or he's traded.

I made a joke about that in one of the FS threads. Last year we drafted Jameson, this year Burger and with the way the Sox are playing this year we may add a Beer to that menu next year.

Has to be an underslot. If it is, I can like it.

I like Jake Burger alot. A bit of a reach/underslot but I love his potential. Also fits the OBP theme Hostetler wants.

I've heard swing criticisms with Burger. Referencing an arm bar. I sure hope he can stick at 3B.

Draft clearly didn't go as we hoped. Burger was the safest bat left and I don't have a problem with it all.
