Turn it around, Gio.

Weather can’t be an excuse anymore.

Throw strikes.

Well, I think the Sox have found a club they can win a series against.  Let's strive mightily to do so.

Just like Oakland, Tampa, and Detroit, right?

Edit: other than Houston, it's been a pretty weak schedule.

This series could have huge ramifications on the tank

Watching for Giolito to bounce back, and for nice games from Moncada and Anderson. The rest of them can keep on keeping on, if they want.

Moncada, Sanchez, Delmonico, Castillo, L Garcia, Palka, Davidson, Anderson, Engel

Woof

Would rather have Trayce instead of Engel, not like its a huge deal anyway.

Hopefully the top 4 rake and Gio throws 6 solid 1 run ball innings, thats a hell of a game in my book.

Junis has a big time slider. This won't be pretty

Tonight's lineup...woof.

Why does Anderson bat so low? I guess the match up?

edit: nvm got pushd up to the 2 spot

That’s a rebuild lineup for the books.

Two hits for Moncada and a quality start for Giolito and it’s all good.

When it rains, it pours.  I am not sure if we would beat Charlotte in a three game series with this line up.

Losing ugly but with a purpose I suppose . It's really hard suffering through the Bears and Hawks and Bulls sucking but when the Sox suck too its dreadful. Fingers crossed that it all pays off in the end and if not "off with their heads !"

Yolmer in the 3 hole. Wow. Never thought I'd see that. At least Yoyo and Timmy will get multiple ABs at the top.

Well...not like Avi was making solid contact...and Delmonico I gues was starting to heat up a little? Maybe a simmer...the only one we are really missing from this lineup is Abreu. Not like the "regular" lineup was doing much to begin with. I like this shakeup. See what happens. Maybe we are all blown away.

As far as Delmonico's injury...I had a stiff neck a couple months ago. That shit is the worst. He may be out for 4 days at least.

So we have ONE bench player tonight and it's a catcher.

Better hope there are no collisions on defense.

Moncada 7-9 swinging at the first pitch.

Well, this is an interesting line-up tonight.

McEwing is managing, right?  Can't be Cooper...and so, without Abreu/Delmonico, we officially have the weakest bench to start a game in the history of modern MLB.
