If they lose tonight, Ricky might have maybe another week to turn it around. I'd prefer someone like Jirschele to Ozzie though. I thought Hahn was supposed to be trying to transition the org to being more analytics oriented.

July 29, 20205 yr Ricky Maybe made some questionable decisions but it is not his fault that neither starter has found the zone in their first turn and that the front office (understandably) keeps madrigal down a week for an extra year so he has to play leury at second. I would not bat delmonico 4th but really line-up positions are mostly irrelevant, those are fractions of a run decisions.

Lol calm damn there sparky. It's not an insult, it doesn't make the season that did happen any less amazing...but yes the 05 team was a fluke, as in highly likely to be repeated. A lot of things came together that year that don't usually happen to a team all in 1 season, especially in the pitching staff. Fluke doesn't have to mean bad, you're taking the Dilfer reference too literal (or it was just a bad reference). That Ravens team was also incredible, regardless who their QB was.
