He doesn't know any better than us in this scenario. He's watching it from Chicago. Plus it looked like that was looong gone

That plus the sound off the bat. He literally knows as much as we do.

Everyone last week: Moncada clearly isn't right, take advantage of the off days and sit him against the Pirates and Royals so he can be ready for the Twins series. Ricky: He's fine, I know what I

  • Playing guys more tends to make them come back to normal. See Mendick, Danny.  McCann's performance, and the team's record compared to his historical performance, could indicate he is being used optim

He is so fast... it is just absurd.

What are we swinging at? at bats should be better this far along against a guy who hasn't pitched in awhile

Geezus.  Didn’t even make Pineda throw 10 pitches.

That was pathetic

Some real bad at bats.

As the weather cools, some of ourAugust  home runs are going to die on the track in September

No shame, Pineda is a good pitcher. They're getting Odorizzi back this weekend too. Expect them to get better.

I know it's not great for the Sox, but I hope Byron can stay healthy for a year. He is just an amazing player to watch and awesome for the game.

They don't travel with the team. Stone and Jason are broadcasting all the games from Sox Park

I just said that in my post. The post he quoted and talked about Benetti was one where I said "if Pineda throws that same pitch to Eloy, Buxton will have no shot at it because he'll hit it 440 feet." Not sure what one has to do with the other

Unbelievable defensively but his bat leaves much to be desired.

Pineda looks like he's been taking rides on a Lazy River in between innings.

Looks like he is in agony since he first took the mound.

hes been much better since mid last year

Let's ignore for a moment that Jason only has the TV feed so all he saw was EE absolutely blister that ball and then admire it like he was watching his GF come out of the shower

Even beyond that, imagine complaining that an announcer put too much excitement into a call on a ball that was still, in fact, a homerun, if not for an incredible defensive play.

Jake cave only has a career because of the white sox..

Fucking Jake Cave

Ugh Cordero doing Cordero things

Slide and stop that ball you dope

That's why Mazara is still below average out there. Jesus. Not an easy play but one a good fielder makes.
