It was already a 90 minute game through 3 innings and this half inning has now lasted 35 minutes.

This is stressful but also boring as fuck, if I’m being honest.

No issue with Ricky this game, issue is major league pitchers pitching like garbage

This.

From Dunning on down its been a disaster.

If this game isn't evidence and a kick in the ass for the front office to go get some pitching, nothing will wake them up.

Intentional walk? We cannot find the strike zone and we are giving free bases?

This is absolutely sickening

Here comes Cooper with words of wisdom

Have you ever noticed every time Coop goes out ther the next pitch is a ball.

Then you are committed to covering 9 innings with 6 pitchers. If any of them are off their game today, you are in big trouble. And if Dunning was ever going to be successful, it was as a SP not a RP. I have no problem with RR trying to let DD take a couple innings since he was aggressive and made the perfect call on when to pull the plug.

We still have a bullpen day now, but RR made an upside play with only moderate risk and played it well even though it didn't work out.

What we are seeing is exactly why RR was correct to try and steal a couple of innings with Dunning. If one or two reliever don't have it or gas quick, you are in real trouble.

Bullpen is choking

Rodon has killed this team last 2 appearances

He's not put them in position to succeed.  Okay, you have the Crochet injury that really fucks everything up but still.

The A's are not even an average hitting ballclub. The Sox pitching staff, other than Crochet, are simply crapping the bed in the biggest game of the season.

Great day for relief pitchers to have some down Performances. Thanks Rick for putting rodon in you clueless moron!  The hell with cooper too!

If Grandal calls for more sliders instead of a fastball to a righty hitter, this inning is over.  There’s a reason his CERA is comically bad.

Ricky somehow overmanaged his way into losing the lead.

Seriously, what decision are people thinking they should have made differently? Letting Bummer pitch with 2 on and 1 out and he's already walked a guy and been hit hard? Leave Heuer in after he walked a guy and gave up a 2 run home run and was clearly gassed? Go to Cease instead of Rodon with the bases empty?

What's next Ricky?

Throw a fucking strike

That was a fucking strike

Can Giolito go a few innings? I mean it wouldn’t be unheard of.

Have to laugh, otherwise I'd be throwing things. So terrible.

Wtf ump!!!!!?

Really ump? REALLY

We had a good year guys. We know what we need to fix.
