Cleveland bullpen is absolute nails.  Feels like they could cover 15 innings tonight without breaking a sweat.

If we put the Keuchel, Grandal, Bummer and Jimenez contracts on waivers, wonder how many takers there would be to assume or absorb 100% the responsibility for those current deals? Jimenez for sur

This is 1 of the worst posts I’ve seen on an internet message board in my life. You should be ashamed of yourself for that distinction

Heuer player of the game so far.

watching this team hit is just incredibly grim right now

Yep. Reminds me of the last two weeks of last year.

If Moncada/Mercedes/Grandal can't get the hits next inning, I can't see Team Slappy doing anything in the 10th, even if we do manage to keep it tied.

nice, so Heuer will be unavailable for the rest of the series now

The Sox lead major league baseball in walk rate. No idea how they're a feast or famine offense.

Javy Baez has a career walk rate that is one of the lowest in baseball history 4.7% while also striking out nearly 29% of the time.

Luis Robert has a walk rate near 10% this year and 9% on his young career despite periods of struggling. He also has reduced his k rate already (BB/K numbers become predictable pretty quickly by 6% vs last year.

Your entire post is complete nonsense.

Umm....basing a whole season's worth of production off the first ten games is equally nonsense.

We need athletic players who can drive the ball out of the ballpark and change games defensively.

Baez is the definition of that type of player.

There's no way in hell we're going to line up to pay guys like Seager, Story or Carlos Correa.

If they could get bargain deals with Correa or definitely Baez instead of overpaying Seager or Story...that's the only way, they just have to make another risky FA move because a fix isn't coming from the farm system.  We're not the Padres or Dodgers or Yankees.

That said, I think Hahn is equally wedded to playing Madrigal for the next half decade, at least while TLR is the manager.

We can thank the shit offense yet again for that.

Heuer should be an opener. Why not let him get high leverage outs... at the start of the game.

Because of the 25 pitches he has thrown so far?

Team slappy is actually what you want with the runner on second rule. See royals last night for example

Heuer hasn’t had his good slider to start the year

Watching Heuer throw 3 plus pitches with good command has me wondering if he could be a SP.

Get that young man a W

Are you freaking kidding me Grandal

That is an out, good lord....c'mon you POS umps.

Can they review this?

This is the most obvious strikeout of all-time. What a brutal call.

That's 100% a strike out.

This is an insane call!

Jesus another horse shit call on strike three

That’s one of the worst calls in history

Shitty umpires are shitty

Have a start to the season umps, atrocious
