The six K’s were nice, but...obviously sitting dead red.

 

It was good hitting, but surely he was dialed up for a high fastball and got one he could drive out.

I always thought he threw his slider a decent amount, but he's just pumping fastballs on there until he gets to 2 strikes it seems.

Giving up way too many homers for where we play 1/2 of our games.  Bit concerning to say the least.

Look at the numbers, Hendriks has been elite just using one pitch. So was Mariano obviously, but also guys like Thornton

Matt Foster coulda done that.

It is fine to question Liam so far, but not because of that pitch. C'mon....the pitch was fine, that was all Calhoun.

Yep, he didn’t keep him honest there. You could tell he was sitting dead red, as the earlier swing was huge

These extra inning games suck with how unpredictable our bullpen and defense have been...hopefully we don’t get to the tenth.
