These 7 inning games are still bullshit

Now that we've felt them more ive got to say I absolutely hate the 7 inning games. Doesn't feel like a real baseball game. Most exciting part of the games are the last few innings. Game has no feel to it imo.

Great outing by Carlos though. Good win.

How do we limit Rodon's innings to make him effective in the playoffs?

If go Lucas, Lynn locked as 1-2, than Rodon or Kopech depending on health innings and stuff in September.

Keuchel pitched out of the pen in his playoffs prior to last year, wouldn’t be a bad long option.

Carlos is on another level right now.  Kudos to him

I remember thinking it was some sort of joke that Giolito had gone to his HS pitching coach to get fixed....whatever Katz has done with Carlos....amazing job!!

When you cant set records famous to the sport, when 27 outs has always been sacred, changing that is just absurd to me. Im worried they'll never go away either, even after covid. Athletes in better shape than ever, more pitchers on a roster than ever, yet somehow players can't play 18 innings anymore for health and safety reasons

Katz has brought both Giolito and Rodon's career back from the dead.

Boyd has been really really good this year. I wonder what's changed since last year. He was basically the poster boy for us destroying left handed pitchers.
