When will Lucas and Rodon start preferring Seby to catch for them as opposed to Collins?

Is Engel still on the back to back game pre-caution?  Or is La Russa playing matchups?   Seen enough of the Alejandro De AzGoodwin in CF adventure.

After a couple misplayed flyballs perhaps.

This offense is looking like the end of last year. Can't win a WS hitting like this. We have enough time to figure things out but looking bad against our division isn't a good sign.

When Collins gets sent down in ten days or so

KC is a team we should be beating up on; instead, we could finish around .500 against them!

We have a target on our backs. Everyone wants to beat #1.

Cue a list of all the World Series winners who had .500ish or below records against bad divisional opponents...

Hernandez has fallen behind a lot, but almost always gets a strike with 2-0.

A hit!

Andrew Vaughn is awesome and so great to see his development over the course of this season.

It has been this way against the Royals for the last sixteen years...not a shock. The only real surprise is the Twins.

Collins is killing Perez back there.

We beat the crap out of them last year.

Collins is doing a good job of fouling off the ball and hurting Perez. Goodness.

Owning the Twins has been the key this year.

TLR loves lefty righty matchups more than outfield defense.  Hope Royals don’t hit too many to the outfield tonight.

Wow man… Hawk is on the radio broadcast and he sounds really weak

Lucas is shite. That's why he's their "Ace" pitcher. It will be a tremendous feat for the Sox hitters to get at least five runs against Cy Hernandez and his near 5.00 ERA. Corpse ball has returned yet again.

It has gotten to the point where White Sox starting pitchers have to dread drawing Collins as their battery mate. He seems to have absolutely no clue as to how to call a game that keeps opposing batters off balance. One has to wonder if he actually game plans for opposing lineups or if he simply uses a generic approach?

Collins’ (MLB worst) pitch framing and horrible defensive skills, give WS Starting Pitchers a distinct disadvange during each game he catches. It would be one thing if his hitting made up for his poor catching skills, but he far too anemic at the plate to justify his use at the MLB level.

Lucas was a supposed ace. These types of games can't keep happening like this. There is no way we can re-sign this years Giolito to a big deal.

Either Hernandez dramatically improved after his start vs. Detroit where he gave up 6 runs in 4 innings or we just straight up suck on offense. Before Hernandez faced us last week his numbers were complete crap.

A Home Run here would wake everybody up.

His stuff is good today. Really good.

That's probably a single if Hernandez doesn't catch it.

Meanwhile one of my former players is in the final 32 of match play at the USGA Women's Amateur Golf Championship. She won 2 and 1 this morning. She plays for Xavier. Was freshman player of the year and won the Texas Amateur.
