Because the final lineup stands a good chance of being Vaughn in RF, Eloy in LF, and Sheets or something like that at DH, with Robert in CF between them, and to get there Vaughn will need RF reps in g

  • I would not count on Eloy for full time anything.

  • I hope TLR doesn't allow Keuchel to face this lineup a third time through, if it comes to that.

At least this dude made the pitcher work.

Good swing, of course he lost his power coming here

Sigh

One day the Sox will get a hit with RISP again

And just like that Cesar Hernandez lost any power he may have had

Obviously Seby is a bad hitter, but you still gotta love the perks of having a Hall of Fame manager

The 2 strike bunt K was something special.

Just can't get the clutch hit.

Can Vaughn please start hitting ahead of guys he's clearly better than?

They’re going to get creamed the next few weeks against these better teams if the offense keeps sleeping

This offense is so damn streaky and when they are going bad, they look awful.

Escobar sure is hitting pretty well for a guy who's gonna get injured.

Yep no way you have him bunt 0-2. He’s not a pitcher at the plate and he’s facing a LHP

The guy hit 3 homers in a game a few days ago, hit 20 homers at Charlotte in 2019, looked terrible in the first two bunting tries in the at bat, and still is asked to bunt with 2 strikes and against a lefty.  Come on!  Would like to hear from Soxtalk TLR defenders about this bonehead move.

I'll be shocked if Dallas survives this inning.

For better or worse, very few managers would have called for Seby to bunt or for Keuchel to start this inning

2 runs in 2 days against KC awful

These guys are the fucking goddamn stormtroopers of the MLB world right now.

SOMEBODY HIT SOMETHING!!!!!!

Pull him

Good thing the Sox keep overextending their 5th starter when they have more resources poured into the bullpen than any team in baseball

This may get ugly soon

Tim is usually too far to his right.

He has shown warning track power so far, but at least is getting the ball up in the air. Too bad he has not been in a sacrifice fly position.

According to Stoney, they don't have a 5th starter, everyone who starts is the Ace that night.

Batters are hitting .322/.396/.511 vs Keuchel 3rd time through

The defensive positioning has been awful all year
