Royals look like the better team in this series.  Out slugging the Sox.  Lack of homers is hurting the Sox lately.

Sox just aren’t hitting. They don’t look good against anyone at the moment.

I for one would have preferred to have obtained a good defensive slugging outfielder as our number one priority.  Kimbrel was a nice to have but a luxury.  We need more power at GRF where most opponents are out homering us, and is making it more difficult to comeback when we are down.

Now that I think about it, Barlow and Tepera are very similar pitchers.
