We should switch Lambert and Cease to avoid taxing the bullpen once DK gets lit up.

They all gotta find time to count their millions at some point! No better time than when it's below 50. Cmon guys.

Trying to figure out why we're still pitching Lambert instead of just skipping his time through.

They are trying to decrease the load on the starters early so they aren't gassed at the end of the year like last year.

It's a catch 22. They need innings to build up arm strength, yet need to be careful enough for the long haul.

2 days off sucks for fans but great for Giolito and Pollock. But Doubleheaders also suck because 2 games in 1 day for some of the players is just begging for more injuries with the tightened schedule getting even tighter.

Admin should change title to reflect the postponement

Cleveland should be contracted

Our starters weren't gassed last year. We as a team struggled against teams playing well. We beat the bad teams though.

Sure looked gassed with IL stints and decreased performance at the end of the year and playoffs.

My guess is this is also telling us that Giolito is not ready to start this weekend. If he was, you could skip Lambert and bring him in.

Yeah, just skip him and have him available from the pen this turn through the rotation. Plus you can get an extra arm for tomorrow with the expanded roster.

True too. They did say 2-3 starts. Thus would be his third correct

Yea that Rodon playoff start was a beaut.

Rodon is always hurt. Had nothing to do with him being gassed from overuse.

Straight doubleheader tomorrow at 1:10 central

I will be attending the triple header Thursday morning.

He wasn't hurt. Just over extended on innings and had nothing left.

That's assuming they can get the snow drifts off the infield.

Curious to see who the extra man will even be.  Sox 40 man is pretty much tapped out.  Bilous, Romy and Haseley only healthy 40 man not already on roster. Yoan Aybar on the 40 man as well and don't see that he's appeared in minors yet this year.

And two big injuries to start the season isn't helping that.
