05/29/2022 - Cubs @ White Sox

Featured Replies

This game has everything you could want, to represent the 2022 season.

Injury to a franchise cornerstone

Old talentless players signed by Rick Hahn getting meaningful at-bats in key moments.

A great start from a guy whose prime the Sox are wasting, only to see that great start washed away late.

Terrible defense.

Terrible offense.

Terrible.

After all of these years, this is the first time that i'm actually wondering why i follow this team anymore.

  • This team legit sucks. Closer to being the worst team in the AL than the best.

The Cubs and the Sox should be merged into one team and be called the Cocks.

Since I'm usually wrong.  I guess 2.

Yankees ran that way down line whole series and never was called

Not only is this team the worst fundamentally in all of baseball, they are the dumbest damned team in all of baseball. This is like watching a bad little league game.

no point for harrison to be on this team

dumb play by garcia - but it was a bad call he was close to teh base path

I'll say two followed by a scoreless Sox in the bottom half.

Ok LaRussa...I know it means nothing to do it but how about showing some fire and calling that home plate up a colorful expletive and getting rung up.  Just because it's a judgement call doesn't mean it's not a bullshit call.

This is going to be a back breaker if they don't win.  Of course the Cubs have blown three leads in a row so just God awful all around.

Sounds about right.

For all you gamblers out there, this game means nothing to Cubs but pride. Burning out there bullpen and doubleheader tomorrow. Just saying.

That Jabroni in the background is really annoying

Harrison has to be released tomorrow

Or 0 and 0 from both to add to the frustration.

Maybe this game will last so long TA's groin pull heals and he can get the game winning hit

This is the Chicago Keystone Cops Sox.  Bad hitting, bad base running, horrible defense, incompetent manager.

Of course it wouldn't have been called had they thrown Leury out.  Then again still probably don't score the run.

Can someone get TLR a top hat, since he's the ring leader of this fucking circus?

That's my prediction.

Not with Tim injured

Sigh.

You deserve to pay for walking the catcher.

Ha, I just saw on reddit that the Sox removed all the banners from the light standards for the World Series, etc.

Forgot.

Ump wants to go home

Most meaningless Crosstown Crap Cup in series history.

Cubs with 4 runs on just 5 hits the entire game.
