I honestly believe that if Ricky is still managing this team we are leading the Central by 7 games right now.

What's even more embarassing is how much shit talking the Sox, especially Tim, were doing. "They gotta go through us." "Change the Game."  Tell me, what are you changing about the game? Nothing g

Grandal playing both double header games while TA does not is just straight fucking LOL.

He'll tell you how Ruiz has been good recently...but the guy pretty much never pitches in a close game.

Wait til you see Foster in the 8th.

Ruiz sucks.

Vaughn just allowed another run with terrible defense.  Hey dumb fucks, they’re looking for that high fastball.

What was that horseshit defense again.

Now it's Kwan....

this might be the worst defensive OF in MLB history.

TLR getting his ass booed. As he should.

Please trade Vaughn for Soto, please

Never pitch Ruiz in a high leverage situation. He pretty much always disappoints.

Don't tell @ron883 and @Look at Ray Ray Run that. They both still think Ruiz is good.

Fuck off Tony with using Ruiz this inning. Every move he makes backfires.

I feel like out OF has been doing that all year. No sense of urgency in this team ever

Also a hell of a piece of hitting. 96 at the shoulders is tough to deal with

Of course they have. Cleveland scouted it and has taken advantage.

So sad how predictable this inning has been

Lopez should be available to go 2 innings tonight. Just bring him in and see how far he can take you.

It’s hard to even blame Ruiz there. He threw 2 fastballs where they were called and good hitting won out

It doesn't matter. They're not getting Soto.

Yep, no bouncy ball or aluminum bat shows he has average power at best.

LaRussa comes out under a hail of boos..

Hahn thinks AV and Sheets in RF is great, no need to upgrade.

The amount of WAR the Sox have received from the 3rd and 4th pick of the draft, with physically maxed out players, is pathetic

Yeah cause he never should have taken Lynn out. Lopez should have been the first guy out of the bullpen, not Ruiz.

Another TLR screw up.  Ruiz cannot perform in high stress situations.  ReyLo has been our best 7 th inning pitcher .  You need to bring him in not Ruiz.  Worry about the 8 th later.  This shitwas predictable.  You need to win games with your best guys. No sense of urgency or desperation.

Tony has overstayed his welcome.  Terrible way to end a HOF career.

Yup. Madrigal and Vaughn were always bad picks in the top 5. You can't be picking limited players there.

Vaughn is going to get there once he's playing his natural position. I think the lack of power is partially poor hitting coaching but also some of it is still due to lost developmental time in the minors, imo.

I'd be very surprised if he isn't an eventual ~3+ WAR regular like Abreu has been for years.

Vaughn is a very good young hitter, let’s not get carried away…not his fault he’s forced to play out of position
