All right, now we just need an on-side kick and  TD

All that for a split and no ground gained.  Can't wait to get scolded again for not being excited about this mediocrity.

  • This is a great call. Rick, if you're listening, you should absolutely cut a 27 year old that is owed 42 million over the next two seasons, this will greatly improve the Sox chances of winning a World

I am not surprised the ump with the weird ass helmet has an awful strike zone

Right down the middle

And about 3 inches below the knees

Was Alex Bregman just getting upset at an unfair advantage given to the other team?

That was a brutal strike call. Yikes.

About 1500 more of those would make up for 2017.

2 pitches....1 out....the Pollock leadoff thing is fading

He and Vaughn haven't had a real good series as 1-2 in the lineup.

Vaughn's true talent level just keeps looking closer and closer to 1.5 WAR. He Schwarber 2.0

Note sure Vaughn saw a strike.....Luis Garcia is not that good but here we go I guess.

Maybe Elvis can at least bring a new look to something.

His inability to only swing at strikes is hurting him a lot

He'll never have defensive value. He needs to be a monster at the plate to bring value. I think he's still capable but has a ways to go.

Eloy has to be leading MLB with stuff in the eye.

More at bats like that please.

The Sox don't have the luxury to be patient with him.

Eloy actually walking is new.

Hitters better get a game plan. Abreu and Vaughn had no shot.

Against a legitimate offense there should be a few runs scored this inning.  His stuff is not good.

This offense is still very broken.  If not for Dusty's poor pitching management, I am not certain the Sox have more than four runs scored in this series.

No different from yesterday or the previous four months.

Now he’s getting no low strike calls

Jeez, must be nice to hit homers.  Mediocre high fastballs go a long way.
