Not all of this is his fault, but Tony is a complete and utter embarrassment. There's no other manager in baseball who would do something like this.

  • None of it matters. We're WELL beyond looking at 1-2 signings that "sunk" the team.  The well is poisoned. The fruit has gone rotten. It ALL needs to go. We're well past slicing off part of the a

That of course won't come back to bite the Sox...

They seem fucking terrified to be at the plate with runner on 3rd and less than 2 outs.  100% need a run there, really awful

McKenzie has thrown 6 straight balls and all of them were swung at.

Lol Fucking stranded a runner at 3rd no outs. Fire Menechino right now

Least surprising thing ever.

McKenzie struck out the side on 9 pitches after the wild pitch lmao. It's a mini immaculate inning.

93-95%

Situational hitting is so fucking terrible. It's amazing Menenchino still has a fucking job. Just stealing a paycheck.

He threw two strikes to those three hitters, and they all went down swinging.

No but he shouldn't ever bat lead off against righties

AJ pollock can go F himself.

Professional hitter my ass

Engel can do better?

Doubtful.    Let's face it, the entire roster sucks at hitting.

This, hard to single out Pollock or anyone else.

With only what, one or two being an actual strike?

This guy is striking out everybody so why the fuck don’t you try to squeeze him in!

The opposing team touched the plate 21x against us yesterday at home.

MAYBE two.

Literally if we didn't swing the bat it would have been bases loaded no outs. It is crazy

Only that last FB was a strike to Vaughn. Pollock swung at 3 balls and K'd. Zavala swung at the final pitch to him that was a ball 1st 2 high fastballs to Vaughn were out of the zone that he couldn't hit either.

Too soon.

Pollock is just brutal but I’d keep playing him every day so the value of his option goes up so he doesn’t take team option.

Cleveland announcers are basically laughing at Sox hitters saying they can’t touch Mackenzie!

What is it with Cleveland catchers making Lynn throw a million pitches?

You can’t when you swing at anything.

If you can’t hit the curve don’t swing at them.  They all end below the zone.  Everybody wants to be a hero.  No plate discipline.  Miss a contact hitter like Madrigal.  BTW, Vaughn should not be hitting second against the tough righty.  Moncada is the ideal second hitter nowadays, another TLR unforced error.

I'd understand if Zavala flailed at the bad pitches but Pollock and Vaughn are supposed to be good professional hitters and they looked worse than Seby.
