I guess Carlos Perez isn't allowed to play, just sit on the bench and enjoy the sunflower seeds, kid!

  • Who will I see 1st this season....Carlos Perez or Miguel Cairo??

Joe Crede would have stepped on the bag and then teleported to first and to make it unassisted.

  • Looking forward to not watching tonight. Why bother? They will put a ton of runners on base and then not drive them home. The ninth will be three up, three down with the ball never leaving the infield

Follow the O's in the playoffs. We made them great.

Can't do it...Orange is not in my color wheel....and I hate Tito Landrum.

"Perez??  He's the emergency catcher, isn't he???"

If he was a washed up Vet, he'd have 2 starts by now.

I have low hopes for a W.  My optimism is gone.  This season is toast.  I am sad.

Also, man that lineup is embarrassingly bad to look at.

I refuse to believe anyone actually cares about Carlos Perez' playing time

To be fair, there is THAT little to really care about, in the 2022 White Sox season.

Guardians pounding the Padres.  Their top 5 in the order is so good.   Meanwhile, the Padres are a total disaster.

Yeah, JR can use the Padres as the reason to never be eager to spend money.

Its 3-0.  Wouldn't exactly call that a pounding.

Is ELOY dead from last night?

Against us it would be.  Staring up at a 3-0 deficit would be like standing at the foot of a mountain.  No way to climb that high...

TBF, that hard to hurt really bad.  102 MPH off the elbow with just a thin piece of plastic in between?  That's one I understand.

Thank goodness that didn’t happen to Jose, who refuses to wear the elbow pad. Would’ve been season ending most likely.

We'll probably be 5 games out by the end of the night. Season is pretty much over.

Snell has been really good in the second half but not today.

Shellacking.

Ten games over for CLE first time this season.

That game the Sox were almost 1/2 game back before rallying against Detroit in the 8th seems like ages and ages ago.

Each night more exciting than the last. Pennant talk.

The dramatic portion of the season ended fairly quickly...thought it would drag to end like 2008.

Ok ok, 6 rip now. Terminology now accepted.

Every year when it becomes obvious the Sox won't be in the playoffs, I pull for them to finish above .500.

When it becomes obvious they won't finish above .500, I pull for them to finish better than the Cubs.

When it becomes obvious they won't finish better than the Cubs, I stop looking at the standings or reading the sports section until the season is over.

Somewhere along the way, I'll watch a football game instead.

Starting two rookies together is logical how/why?

Time spent catching him in the minors?

Fuck home runs. Hit .300.

Just waiting for the next installment of the JR epic of how to take a young, exciting team and make them boring.
