I wish Jerry understood this and that a change needs to be made.  Jerry please wake the f#*k up and clean house. Quit being so stubborn and stupid! Just go outside and steal someone doing great things for another winning baseball organization and spend the money and make it worthwhile to bring him here. Finally and most importantly, get out of his way and let him run the show entirely without any of your involvement, other than giving him a solid and competitive payroll budget.

If you don't want to do all this, then sell the damn team and let another owner come in who actually might care about winning and running a successful organization like the Dodgers. 

Simple approach to JR:  You're spending too much on the wrong things because we can't identify talent and develop it so we have to go out and try to buy it.  Like the current bullpen.  So be prepared to spend more but find a FO that knows how to spend it more wisely.  The current one has failed at that.

Mariners are a phenomenon right now. I feel sorta bad not really paying attention to baseball this late summer. I got a lot of other things going on, including in fandom.

You’re really happy that Vaughn is out? He is arguably the Sox’s best bat, certainly among the top three, and you’re happy he’s sitting out a game when every game is so important? That he’s not in the lineup, somehow, every day strikes me as crazy.

Sox can't count on KC giving them any help down the stretch. They can only control what they do and that has to be playing every game that is left as if it is a playoff game because essentially it is. 

KC cuts the Guardians lead to 1

The guardians close the season with 6 at home against KC. The Sox last 9 are against Minnesota and San Diego. I don't see how the Sox can catch and pass them.
