It's crazy how the Guardians run everything out hard and don't get hurt.

Worst decision of the Cairo regime so far.

Has/had to be that unavailability issue.  Otherwise makes zero sense trusting Lambert THAT much despite a mostly solid/surprising season.

It'll catch up to them eventually.

I'm sure this is what the Sox training staff is thinking right now.

Hmm just imagine if Lopez had pitched the 7th...

Absolutely have to get to Karinchak.  He has a pretty spotty record against the Sox.

Reylo 1-2-3...

Graveman last pitched on Saturday, 3 days ago.

Who else would like to see a Launch Engel outta here?

No home runs today.  We all know what happens when the Sox don’t hit a home run..  if only we had a hitter-friendly ballpark.

3 batter rule . Couldn't be pulled after the 1st walk.

You are right, my bad.  One more reason for not bringing in Lambert.  ReyLo shut them down in the 8 th.  A 3-1 lead would have looked mighty good.

There's always tomorrow for dreams to come true.

If he really is unavailable then I find it really ironic that he gave a statement before this series about how the team is still fighting...

I have a very bad feeling about this game

Karinchak pitched yesterday right? This is our chance.

Biggest game of year and Grandal, Garcia, Kelly and Graveman are MIA

Sox need to score here, because they have one good reliever left. Not related, but Joe Kelly left the club Sunday under FMLA due to a family emergency.

I mean I really don't mind the first 3 being MIA.

Lambert is a rookie and this was a high leverage situation calling for a more experienced reliever.

Unreal. ReyLo warming up now. He is normally our 7th inning pitcher.  We just made the game a bullpen game against a very tough bullpen.  Lead had to be protected with the best.  I am really pissed at another managerial unforced error. If we lose this game the Lambert decision could be of the worst if not the worst of the year.

Even if Graveman is unavailable which we still don't know, Lopez/Bummer/Hendriks also works with a 2 run lead.

Still trying to wrap my head around the Lambert move.
