Love seeing him in there but Liam just doesn't have a slider tonight. A totally non-competitive pitch for him, hitters can just spit on it every time and not be worried unfortunately.

I don’t agree with bringing him in for this situation at all, after beating cancer, when he needs that adrenaline from closing to pitch well. The results unfortunately show why this was bad move.

Agreed, I meant more you can’t just call a strike because a guy had cancer.

I tend to have some agreement with you there.

Hendriks storyline destroyed. 

Hahn will have to answer for rushing him back before he had upper 90s stuff and control over his slider. 

Anderson almost made a spectacular play but not to be.
