So now JR's averse to spending on utility guys (well, over $5 million at least), bullpen guys and extending ANY starting pitcher for longer than 3 years, regardless of their career background/injury history. fathom Posted April 8 Share Posted April 8 I say this fully knowing that two of the guys I respect the most on this site, Harold and Jimmy, believe in Getz…..but it’s really crazy to me how Getz has been able to make it seem like he had nothing to do with the organization’s collapse a few years ago.
