Others include: Parker 10 Carlson 11 Irish 5 Arnold 7 Witherspoon 9 Cunningham 15 An Irish jersey would sell like crazy.

Seen quite a few assessments of him possibly having the best hit tool in the class. Sounds like the arm might be light for SS though. Edited July 1, 20251 yr by DirtySox

July 4, 20251 yr 9 days away who we thinking it is next Sunday for the Sox? Feels like the hope is either Carlson or Parker. Not sure either get to 10. If both are off the board would guess Hall or college P. What yall thinking?
July 4, 20251 yr New Callis mock. https://www.mlb.com/milb/news/mlb-pipeline-mock-draft-july-3-2025?t=mlb-draft-coverage Quote 10. White Sox: JoJo Parker, SS, Purvis (Miss.) HS (No. 9) The White Sox are locked in on high school shortstops and Parker may be their favorite from a group that includes Willits, Carlson and Kayson Cunningham. Tennessee second baseman Gavin Kilen looks like the top college possibility.
July 6, 20251 yr Also, uh, Nats just fired their GM a week before the draft. Not sure it impacts 1OA, but it certainly could cause some scrambling somewhere?
July 6, 20251 yr Sox picked great year to be penalized not picking inside the top 10. Blah class at the very top. 26 class on paper looks LOADED at the top. Roch Cholowsky Drew Burress Justin Lebron Jacob Lombard Grady Emerson

I know #6 is unofficially retired, but they'd need to unretire it for the humor.

This sure sounds like they might take Seth Hernandez if he falls. Though I wouldn't expect that to happen. @Harold's Leg Lift You alive brother? Don't let the trolls win.

Crazy that Nats are rudderless picking at 1-1 now. True wildcards. I am concerned that Sox like only 2 college pitchers, but also like 2 college hitters in a down year for that demographic. I wonder which 5 ss they like. Probably Holliday, Willits, Carlson, Parker, and either Hall or Cunningham. Hall stays at the position, Cunningham probably the better hitter.
July 6, 20251 yr Hoping for Parker or Carlson. Hernandez would be a great get as well. After those 3, I don’t love any of em at 10 that could realistically be there.
July 6, 20251 yr Thought it was Interesting on Sox Machine podcast, Josh had Jim Callis on and they were talking about Carlson/Parker. Callis said he got a text from a Reds person on the 4th July that said he didn’t think Reds would be able to do Carlson, guessing that means $$? Callis said if he could redo his mock after that text hed flip it with it looking like this 9. Reds- Parker 10. Sox- Carlson

July 7, 20251 yr Kiley dropping a nugget that the Sox might try to drop Schoolcraft to their second pick by going underslot with 1st pick.
