I thought yesterday’s lineup was bad.  Today is pathetic.  It’s as if they are actively trying to be no hit.  
 

Baltimore is -385 on the ML, that’s the highest I’ve seen for a game in recent memory.
 

 

That lineup needs to be in a museum.

Eloy and Robert probably hit the club last night.

Probably doesn’t make much of a difference but why aren’t Vaughn and Benintendi in the lineup.

Flexen going for the club record 20 straight starts without his team winning. It would break the tie he has with Danny Wright.

Good lord those at bats by Santander and Cowser were brutal.  Zero patience as Flexen was throwing junk nowhere near the zone. 

If you were a gambler...you might get the impression they were trying to deliberately lose this game.

What are the chances Flexen is on this team next year?  He is arb eligible in 2025.  Paid $1.75mm this year.  Sox wouldn't, would they?

Flexen at 82 pitches through 3 innings.  5.37 ERA.  I’m not sure we should bring him back next season.

The dumpster diving names will be different next offseason but they will all mostly end up being money burned in a fireplace by Getz.
