Sosa can't play 3b. At all. That was my takeway from the front row in Seattle last year for Thorpes debut. His arm is like a 35 grade. He's passable at 2b he's not at 3b. Again sucks I take no joy in this.

Sosa is a 2B or DH, that's it.

I just hope it isn't embarrassing. Also I don't usually gamble but I have a parlay for Montgomery and Goodman to both homer and the White Sox to win. Let both teams try hard and not have any horrible mistakes and make a real series out of it. I was young when the Rockies and Marlins were expansion teams and thought it was cool to cheer for them because of that and I think a lot of sports fans have a sort of connection to expansion teams in sports from when they were young.

Too bad because Vargas can't play 3rd either.  He's gotta be at first.  Capra's gone.  Who's on third? What's on second and I dunno the rest...

We need some of that Ishbia $$ to answer these questions.

Unfortunately until he actually takes over his money is going to pay down (supposed) debt and towards a new stadium apparently.

I'm still puzzled why I can't find the California Golden Seals in the NHL standings.

Charlie Finley that owner of the great A's teams back then owned them for a couple years. That team was sold a lot.

Charlie Finley owned them for a bit and tried to market them alongside the A's. Oakland was not a good hockey market at the time.

Yeah, I'm 61. The Buffalo Sabres, Canucks, NY Islanders and Atlanta Flames were the extent of my expansion interest. Pilots, Padres, Royals and Expos were always interesting, too.

I just looked them up, and I swear I have no memory of them moving to Cleveland for a couple years at the end of the 70's.

For those of you outside the Chicagoland area and Colorado, the Sox are one of the free games of the day in the MLB app . Wearing 4th of July caps today looking sharp !!

Rockies have not won a home series all year. Senzatela leads the majors with 11 losses.

Jinxed.

Luckily the Sox do have Houser going for them...but who knows how long his pitching run continues.

Finley owned the Athletics, the Golden Seals and the Memphis Tams of the ABA. All those teams had uniform color combinations of Kelly Green, California Gold and Wedding Gown white.
