Is that 9-4 since the All Star Break?

Watching this team now seems surreal. You look forward to watching them.  I know even the worst teams get hot but it wasn't like this the last 2 years.

If I was bored I'd watch the replay of the Pirates .Rockies game. It looks like an NFL score.

No one is going to suspect a rebuilding team, and any opponent calling it out would just look like a sore loser.

Start cheating before you're competitive, and then when you're still hitting 4 HR a game from the top of the division it looks like a natural development? Pretty perfect crime.

Congratulations to the Sox for matching last years win total of 41 games.

Could this be a repeat of what happened after the All-Star Break in 1989?

I think I see one more win in this schedule. Maybe all the people who shouted that this team would lose more games than the 2024 team were wrong? Perhaps that is something to consider?

Mead will be up sooner than later. He has nothing to prove in AAA. Sox need to give him the rest of this season to show if he can be an everyday big leaguer or not.

He might be down to his last option. Might need to be protected on the Rule 5 next year. These are things I haven't seen clarified by anyone yet.  Martin Perez doesn't count against the 40 while on the 60 day IL but then I think someone will have to be dropped off the 40 when he comes back. Just not sure when that'll be yet. Rojas might not be around much longer.

Maybe @WestEddy can call the Sox and ask them.

Sorry just seeing this. We are going to go to the game tomorrow - but easiest stadium to get in an out of and hopefully you got to enjoy the fireworks show from the Sox bats and the Friday night fireworks after. A few breweries right in area - the breury is real good but also a golden road and a few other places right there too.

A lot easier getting in and out of the parking lots there than Dodger stadium plus there's always a decent size contingent of Sox fans there. I went there for the ALCS deciding game against the Angels in 2005 . That was fun. The buddy I went with got on TV with his young son on his lap and it's immortalized on the World Series DVD, which included that full game during, the 7th inning Pepsi Fan Cam. I was right next him but it was a close in shot . 

We ended up at the game and had a great night. It’s a dated stadium but it had gorgeous views, and it’s always nice to see a W.

We ended up at Golden Road after and I was surprised at how huge it is. Had good beer and a couple apps, and caught part of what I assume were the Disney fireworks. Was a great night overall.

Says Lake Mead has 103 days of service and five more years remaining before FA.

I still say Beni is a fine ballplayer. 14 homers now. Excellent player IMO. Weak arm but so what?
