Even with Ishbia's money it isn't a 100% lock for Mune to stay.It will be very interesting what direction the Sox go with Mune, Gonzalez, Bonemer, and possibly Roch.Ishbia is not and may not be in the picture as you say next year when it is time to extend Mune. There is no way JR and the current organization will let Mune walk without offering him an enormous contract. He is too important to this team and to this city of great baseball fans. It would be like allowing Michael Jordan to walk. Not going to happen. Edited 14 hours ago14 hr by tray

According to him himself, he wants to stay here.

Both sides will try to work something out whether it's this summer or after the season. Edited 7 hours ago7 hr by Autumn Dreamin

6 hours ago6 hr Author With the Padres sputtering, I keep thinking about Mason Miller. I’d have to imagine that would cost Bonemer though if they are even willing to trade him at all.

4 hours ago4 hr I received a email from the White Sox today. They want season ticket holders to renew for the 2027 season before August 3, 2026. I don't remember them asking for our money so far in advance. I wonder what happens to the money if no games are played in 2027.

There's no way that team will be in the playoffs. Their window has closed.

3 hours ago3 hr The Padres will be rebuilding in 2027. Yea, let's do what they did.Or we could be like the Brewers.
