DFA Acuna or If they are that serious about keeping him around for his speed they should come up with a fantom Injury, but for the sake of keeping him around should not be a reason to send Gonzo down when Mune comes back

I think Gonzalez is much more than bench bat. He’s not better than Murakami obviously, but I could see him push Meidroth into utility role eventually.

Sending Gonzo down will do him way more harm than anything. Facing minor league pitching again will do nothing but hurt his progression.

turn him into an OF/IF - that should be trend with this organization but start it much earlier like in A or AA.

That way injuries aren't a major setback.

That would be a terrible trade IMO. Why are we trading 6.5 years of a young controller infielder for 1/2 season of a good but not great SP making a fuckton of money? I definitely want Gray, but not at the price of Jacob.
