Meh. It's a lot of trying to preempt bad feelings by "calling" them in advance, basically a coping mechanism. Not how I'd prefer to go through 162, but to each their own.

If the Sox actually had all of the downfalls, busts, and regressions that the game threads assure you are imminent and in progress, it would be a very different season.
