  • If my aunt had balls she’d be my uncle. Won the series. That’s not an if. That’s a fact.

Fedde to follow Newcomb?

Tall order in McLean but this team seems to excel when the pressure is on and the odds are against them.

Let’s go WHITE SOX!!!

Tell that to the peanut gallery around these parts.

Win the series and all is well.

Agreed, fingers crossed.

McLean has had a good last couple starts from a ER standpoint, but he’s also had a 6:6 K/B over that time with a lot of fly ball outs.

For the time being, we need the starting pitching to step it up.

We need starting pitching and better timely hitting. In the worst way.

Sox need to score first and play with a lead.

Agree, they have not jumped down someone's throat for an early multi run lead since August 11 vs the Reds. Which was a game they ended up losing anyway.

In fact, I believe the Sox have not jumped out to an early lead, held it the entire game, and won since Aug 2 vs Rays

His breaking pitches are absolutely nasty, but he seems to have some bad innings here or there.

The Scouting reports have been out on our LH hitters' vulnerabilities against LH pitching, especially off-speed pitches and high/inside fastballs.

Sox have to make adjustments early whether that involves patience at the plate, going the other way or attacking fastballs early in the count. But that sounds too easy. Hitting major league pitching has become rocket science with all of the stats and advanced scouting out there. Maybe we need lady luck.

I’d like the Chicago White Sox to win this game, thus winning the series.

Good job Newcomb

Good review by Newcomb. Let’s start hot & heavy with some runs.

Really wish they'd have tried Neecomb as a bulk inning guy but its working.

Mune needs to turn it around. Start it today.

Might be time to adjust the order

Those Hot One x White Sox hats are dope. Anyone know if they can be ordered online for us out of towners?

Why can’t we get starting pitchers like the Mets have????
