They’re scared of fucking up. The message needs to be “you’re a better pitcher than they are a hitter”.

These openers have been tough. Hagen failed with costly error and three walks. At least, no runs and neither Ramirez nor Adell beat us. Those are the two hitters we need to control.

We will need to hit some homers in this game to win, as our small ball is non existent and we are swinging for the fences again, so we need to connect. And our pitchers need to keep it close.
