Ah well, that's the only time I write checks (my above example). I never have checks in public.

Yup. Doesn't mean I love the stuff. I have only done that recipe once since then. I posted because all of my Italian Beef freak friends were raving about it, and I figured some here might like it. I'm a nice guy. I even share my beer.
